Missions
At West Side Church of Christ, we have a strong focus on giving to mission efforts because we believe in the transformative power of spreading God's love and sharing the message of Jesus Christ with people around the world. Our commitment to mission work is rooted in our understanding of the Great Commission, where Jesus instructs His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations.
There are several reasons why we prioritize mission efforts as a central part of our church's mission:
Obedience to God's Call: We believe that God has called us to be ambassadors of His love and to actively participate in His mission of reconciling humanity to Himself. By engaging in mission work, we respond to this call, demonstrating our obedience to God's command and fulfilling our purpose as followers of Christ.
